Volunteer Day

Better Block OKC continues through efforts of volunteers. We hope that you’ll join us this year!

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities:

APRIL 16TH (We need 10 additional volunteers)

  • Magnet roll Market Row for nails & metal pieces

  • More painting on Market Row

  • Piles of debris moved from Food Truck lot. Loaded in dumpster.

  • Design additional seating options

  • Sand & Assemble modular seating solutions

  • Hand out posters

  • Design three bike rack options. Can we use the posts in the food truck lot?

 

APRIL 23RD (We need 25 additional volunteers)

  • Shade station assembly

  • Food truck lot shade art installation

  • Stain/seal modular seating, ancillary seating, bicycle racks

  • Make mobile seating cubes

  • Pick up spools for community dining area (We need trucks and trailers!)

  • Paint Pinatas Building

 

APRIL 30TH (30 additional volunteers)

  • Move Hoop House (We need 30 strong volunteers specifically for this project. It is very important to the event!)

  • Wipe off bistro sets and make repairs

  • Assemble remaining seating and bicycle needs

  • Finish all projects!
